I’m wanting to lure worm or fly fish for salmon trout or steelhead. Will I have a chance at fish in the clackamas?

My husband had a stroke and lost the use of his left arm and hand. He haven’t been able to figure out how to fly fish using just his right arm. Anyone have any ideas?
