Cooking Crab in the wild…for a shore lunch

Posted by admin on Monday, March 8th, 2010

There is nothing like eating Pacific Dungeness Crab just caught in the ocean and cooked within minutes for a shore lunch. Here you see Dustin Kovacvich as the chef and shows you how. Dustin is a pro angling guide operating out of Terrace BC Canada who would love to cook a shore lunch for you like this sometime. Dustin is mostly a river guide but from time to time will take his guests on an ocean trip…and a fresh Crab lunch served with hot garlic butter is ALWAYS on the menu. Is your mouth watering yet? This is how a video should be done ! Informative, direct to the point, no annoying background music, no useless dialogue.

    Well done !

Back when I lived in Maryland we used to throw the BCs in whole. How come you took the Dungenous apart? Space saving?

This was the best video every, I needed to know how to cook a live crab, and no other video showed you how to do this job as easy as this guy did.

Thanks you so much for the lesson and making our crab dinner the best ever.
